I used synthetics in the past it works to grow plants but it is not sustainable. Myco fungi will not survive with urea. When you take something organic and add synthetic you now have synthetic you can't have a proper organic garden with synthetics

High NPK numbers are bad they may not kill all the microbes but they will kill myco fungi and without mycoriza you can't absorb the goodness created by the microbes so the organics are useless
