hello first time grower and my plants are in week 3 in vegging stage and the leafs and staring to change colors like the pics below i am using a 5*5 grow tent with 3 600 watt led's pro mix potting soil with sensi grow part a&b nutrition's and calmg+ not sure what i am doing wrong plz help
