Yes just for germinating. I use happy frog soil. Well if I could ever get to that point! Haha

I've started my 3rd seed today. I use jiffy pellets and I can get my plants to sprout but they never make it to their 2nd set of leaves. 1st had a long stretchy stem and when I tried to plant it, it died. The 2nd looked good but the seed leaves never opened up all the way, ended up drying out...
