Well, Alex has always been interested about drugs. He has watched documents, read articles and books about diffrent drugs, etc... but that is kinda good so he won't even try shit like heroin or meth since he also knows the risks.

You are totally right about that, but I have heard shit like "weed makes you not remember everything", and I can understand that you might get problems with memory if you smoke 15 joints a day, but I suppose that if Alex only smokes couple of times a year, memory-problems wont be a problem for him?

Well, as far as I know, he smokes a joint a bit after the christmas/summer holiday begins and/or in the end of it. And yeah, it propably is better than drinking :)
