Im not too sure what is causing a few of my plants about 10% of them to have these spots on the leaves. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is and point me towards to right direction to fix it? Thanks! :)

You shouldn't be using clear cups as pots. The light can damage the roots. You would be better off with red solo cups or something that isn't clear. As for the brown spots could be a deficiency but could be the soil. You can pickup a bag of doctor earth potting soil at most home depots its...

I did not pull and females. I only pulled the two males that had clear pollen sacs being formed. Maybe they are auto flower and i just don't know it. Do the rest of the pictures look fine to you?

Thanks for the response. Is it to early for them to be showing these signs? Does this mean my females will be flowering soon? It's only like Mid June thought there would be more time for Veg growth.
