I get all that about Dejoy. But I send and receive packages a lot, every week. When the tracking number is initiated, the package starts showing movement in the system either the same day or for sure the following day.

I think it is safe to say that it is way to early for the netting.. I would remove that until much later when you are well into flower.. I don't scrog or anything, but do use the netting as support for heavy buds, and also nice to be able and tuck leaves away that are on the outside of the plant...
