Don't go with 9 plants on your first grow, I think you'd be overwhelmed. I'd go with 2 or 3, maybe 4. They will produce a shit ton of smoke while you are waiting on your second grow.

I just looked up roots soil. For your first grow it looks perfect. If I was you I'd top dress with your worm casting at the beginning of flowering period and just just use plain water the whole way. Maybe some sort of mulch to stop the top layer of soil from drying out and becoming a deadzone.
