replant? why is the pot small ? :/

k heres the picture, as you can see the lower leafs have the problem and its moving slowly upwards. Top part of the plant is intact.

really? can deficiencies burn leafs like that? :o The problem starts from the bottom fan leafs and going upwards. Will post pic of the plant later on. Many thx for the replies :)

Using a 5-8-10 solution, which i gave them only once at 1/4 strength.
