Yea I think I'm going to try to build a drying box with a duct booster fan sucking the air out of the dry box and venting into my grow room, which has a carbon scrubber. Hopefully that'll work and keep the smell down

After doing a quick search for fungus gnats I found that they are known to cause issues that are sometimes misidentified as deficiencies. You may have solved my two week long battle trying to identify! I'm going to try a few things to combat the gnats and see if these issues clear up. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. And yes I have seen gnats around the tent before, but this discoloration looks like some sort of deficiency though doesn't it? The PH has been good the whole grow by the way.

Why would you say that runoff doesn't matter? The water going in goes through all the soil and root system, so you'd think that the runoff would be a good reflection of how the roots are....
