Yea 1cm roots popin out botton dranige holes from yesterday

Its in 5gallon bucket m8 one the builders use ill be adding another 150 w led in 2 weeks wen it arrives :)

Its on a 24/0 its 16 days in from puting the seed in the soil I thought that myself that it looks to small for 16 days The seed was not germed before putin in so str8 into the soil 16 days in is it to small do i restart ??
