What size do you think the driver output cables are? My awg 18 next to them for size, red is the awg 18. They don;t look too different in size, I thought the driver output wires were much thicker but they actually aren't so would it really be a problem to use wagos and awg18 to extend them?

So can I just use some extra AWG 18 wire to extend the drivers output wires with wagos or will i need bigger wire?

YEah the material i had for the frame already had holes in so nuts/bolts were easiest for me

OK so turns out I just didn't understand how the clips worked, even with broken clips on 2 of them I could still get them wired up just by prying open the jaws inside the clip with a small screwdriver whilst U push the wire in and then it closed itself just fine. Now I know what you meant about...

Ahh im using stranded... Just stripping the casing and then twisting.. will that not be good enough? I snapped one of the clips like an idiot.... taped it back on but if I need to push it down with a screw driver I may be in trouble unless I can fix it somehow? You can see it in this picture...

Ahh ok yeah I see, they just wont be as efficient as I thought as I was using the 350ma as 50% when it is actually 100%

Ahh sweet thanks for the advice brother. Its around 1sq ft, a PC case. Maybe just under 1 sq ft.. Yeah those strips have max of 700ma so il be running them at 50% the whole time. I have the driver that allows dimming with a screw driver but not exactly sure how to be certain they are at 50%?
