okay so I’ve been watching the grow boss on YouTube and he is saying that 1000 watt is too much for a 4x4 tent. Right now I have my hood vented. My tent is in my basement with my temps at 78-81’F. So from the people also saying that a 1000watt light is to much for a 4x4 tent.. Y?

First time growing and don't know what strain it is. . Im clueless and I might be over thinking. I read that when it has 30% Amber trichomes it's ready. The plant is about 8 weeks into flowering. What do you guys think because I only see maybe 10% Amber. Thanks so much.
