1 or my 5 plants is experiencing this. Out first I thought it was a magnesium or sulfur deficiency but it's giving the leaves an odd, blistery texture. Additionally the leaves look plastic-like in the light. What's wrong with her?

I do have some 60 watt fluorescent kicking around. Is it worth replacing the halogen bulbs with those and putting the lights closer until the T5s show up?

They are going into their fourth week and seem small for their age compared to other posts. I am using cheap soil and 150 w halogen lights. I'm getting some T5 Fluorescent lights in a week. I feed them Fox Farm Grow Big based on the standard feeding schedule and they get 15 hours of light per day
