those are mites and you have plenty of reason to worry, they eat plants and lay eggs which mature and hatch in about 5 days. Neem or tobacco tea will kill them but needs to be reapplied often to get the babies when they hatch. you gotta stay on the babies or they will keep coming back.

They are overwatered. Only flood when they need it and make sure its @ the right levels as everyone said. You may not have enough o2 in your res as well even if the water level and timing is in check.

congrats brother! Id reccomend "general hydroponics 3 part" or Advanced nutrients 3 part fertilizers myself because the feedings can be controlled so much better with them. Sensi A &b or a two part feed like that would work pretty well too though. Just try to stay away from grainy solid feeds...
