Congrats!! Did you mail it or use online application?

I filled out my application online and they charged the $250 to my credit card the same day.

I just submitted my online application and all it gave me was a receipt for the $250 application fee. Was I supposed to get anything else? Also, I think it asked me and I chose the 3yr card, do I have to worry about that now or after a year of having my card? Thanks! Good luck to all those waiting!
