HI rollitup. Found some good info in the forums already through a google search which is why I joined. I am interested in RSO/FECO and current best practices. Looking forward to looking around ~Crippled but free, i was blind all the time i was learning to see~

My thought is there is not enough info in this report to draw a valid conclusion. The page you shared which is free, is a list of conclusions. For the full report you need to pay $64 US or so. Then of course you have to trust the source not to have altered any of the verbage in the reports...
