0% Humidity in room

hey all, got a quick question..

i live in a desert climate and my room has 0% humidity in it, both for Veg and Flower.

i bought a small humidifier to place in the room, what % should i aim ? about 30% for flower, 60% for veg should be OK ?

i must say that my plants look healthy so far, leaves are good and not dry or crispy, the soil-less mix dry out in about 2-3 days, but i can say there’s a low growth over there in general..

Does humidity will improve things in there? should i just leave it in 0% ?

ps- of anyone know of cheap & good humidity auto thermostat that can take control ?

I live in an extremely dry climate too. I started growing without a humidifier at 0 % humidity. My plant grew pretty good but overall my room felt alot better once I got a humidifier in there. It seemed a little bit cooler and more just like nice weather, but only in my closet :p I was also going to buy something to regulate the humidifier but I put it on the highest setting in my closet and it didn't bring the humidity above 60%. I use a humidifier from walmart that does not put out a mist or vapor, but raises the humidity. It was about 30 dollars and I'm glad I got it. I've read 30% and less for flowering due to bud rot, but 40-60% for vegging

thanks for the reply, thats exactly my situation here, same with plant development.
ill install today a humidifier and see the results, the fact that it cools the closet a bit is very good to me ;)

My humidity has stayed around 10% throughout my whole grow, and I haven't noticed any problems because of it. I'm about a week away from my 1st harvest so there you go. I imagine that the optimum conditions would haV=ve higher humidity during veg and a little lower during flowering to keep from getting moldy buds, but I have done just fine with 10% all the way thru.

actually ive been with 0 humidity for the past 3 grows, which all turned out fine .. but its realy strain dependent i think.. i want to do multi strain in the future and get best conditions for all..

I live in Mts surrounded by desert and my humidity goes from less than 5 to 100, back to 30. That happened this week, 70 Degree on wed. and sun. it snowed. You be how dry it is when the snow melt real fast. My plants seem to solder on...rw

Man thats some crazy weather you got there... But i think cannabis plants know to adapt fast to conditions, at least thats my experiance so far ..
