1 big window ac or 2 big portable acs

Gonna need to upgrade my account if I want to add more light, I know a mini split would be ideal but thats not an option. 11.5x12.5 rooms gonna have 6 1000w hids SE with open reflectors so I'm figuring 24k-30k btu in cooling. Just not sure if I should go with one 24k window unit(biggest I can fit) or 2 15k portables hooked up to the same windo but at opposite ends of the room. I know overall the portable units are less efficient but just having cool air come in through one vent can't be the most efficient way either and the a 6000btu difference should more than make up the difference. But one window unit is also alot cheaper than 2 portables.

i would go with both ends, even though its less its more cooling at both ends or you will have a half room hot spot

That's what I was thinking. Starting up a large homegrow op is a fucking financial endeavor. I'll be so glad when this first crop is done.

wouldent you be getting col and hot spots from one unit?

The portable units still need to exhaust/intake from a window. I suppose I could drill a hole in the wall to run the air hose to the window in my bedroom. Infact that might actually save me some money.

Bruh it's 6 1000w lights in 144sqft. Of course it's just for personal.

Think I'm gonna keep my 15k btu window unit in and add the portable one. Cooling requirements are like 22kbtu so a 12k unit should give me enough overhead.
