1 gal to 3, is it worth the transplant?

Yo, so I'm growing in coco and so far everything is going great, I have plants in 1 gallon and 3 gallon pots. So far I cant tell the pot size has any effect on the plants ~all just over 2 feet

My question is will a bigger pot mean bigger yields in coco or does it not matter as long as its fed
Since they are 2 weeks into flowering and growing insanely is it worth moving them to the bigger pots or is it too late and it wont make a difference?

bigger pot leads to faster growth which will give more bud production at the end

thats what I hear but not what I'm seeing, how much of a difference have u seen?

Slignt difference.. I use 3 gal pots and 1 gal grow bags to start
