Roughly 2x2x10 space
Viparspectra V600 LED
G13 Autoflower seed straight into a 3gal fabric pot
Fox Farm Ocean Farm soil

Pretty much ready to get started in the next few days. Waiting on exhaust fan, ph meter and extra time.

Anyone else remember the G13 hype in the early 2000's??

I’m growing a couple G13 photoperiod plants in my tent under 300w viparspectras. Best of luck. New member btw, first reply! Been scrolling through for what seems like forever but I finally decided to make an account.

I have grown with those very same Viparspectra 600W Reflectors. I found that they were pretty decent lights considering they are a part of the Blurplesphere.

Just a few tips for you:

  • Use the VEG and BLOOM switches all times
  • Keep them 22" above the canopy during VEG
  • Keep them 18" above the canopy during FLOWER
  • Maintain heat below 80F (lights on)
  • Give them some good continuous gentle air circulation
  • Extract the spent air

And how will those lights repay you:

They will repay you by yielding some pretty decent tops.

Aaaaaaamazing. Beautiful.....
Did you give them 24hr light? I know some peeps advise against that. Ill be growing an autoflower so what are some suggestions for lighting schedule.
Since it's a small space and only one plant I'm thinking of just running an AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 exhaust fan up top on a low-med setting to suck air in and through a bottom opening.

Those pics are photos and not autos. They were more to illustrate what the Viparspectra Reflectors can give you. But I did one run of autos with those lights when I first started indoor tent growing and they can do fine on an 18/6 schedule

AC CloudLine 6" fan is a 402 CFM unit. The lower settings should be sufficient to extract the spent air and suck in cleaner cool air from the bottom vent. I have a similar set-up with a 200 CFM 4" fan going in a 2 x 4 tent at a smidgen above 1/2 speed. It sucks out the warmer used air out the top and pulls in cool air from an opened bottom vent.

So if you plan on increasing that footprint down the road, you've got the exhaust part nailed.
