1 month and 1.5 weeks into flower SUGGESTIONS ? have pics

Hey so this isnt our first time doing this i just wanna get better each time, so we have a 430 hps ballast light setup we vegged for about 1.5 months under a conversion metal ace MH bulb and now that were are a little farther along than 1 month and one week i would just like to know what people think i should do if im trying to yield the maximum weight or dank nugs, let me know we are dosing the recommended dosage of Botanicare-pureblend-probloom flowering formula, and have been growing in fox farms organic oceanic blend with bat guano and earthworm casting. with 3 fans in a closet. Let me know what areas i can improve in and have a better harvest. Thanks
