1 plant 400 watt grow! Method?

hello, i want to do a 1 plant grow with a 400 watt mh/hps. what would be the best way to grow them, soil vs. aero vs. hydro? and any known examples of a 1 plant system let me know please.

if i was you i would do a scrog, there is a good thread flooting about with i guy who got 16 ounces from one plant in a 400w scrog, if i find it i will post it
