1 plants weight

So I just jarred my smallest of 4 plants (northern lights) and I was happy to see I got 1.7oz off the little one. Not the nicest trim job ever but I wouldn’t lost more than a gram if I took more off. On top of the 48g of good bud, I also have 28g of popcorn buds and sugar leaves to make some butter with (I hate edibles but my brother likes them) I have another plant that is hanging but it’s a bit bigger than this one and not dry all the way yet. Might do that one tomorrow. 2 more still in the tent (all northern lights) and 4 grape apes just sprouted on the 23rd. I have a quantum board LED with dimmer switch that I run at 300 watts. So hopefully, after all is said and done I’ll hit the gram a watt on 4 plants, though I believe I am falling short this time. Still, good frosty bud. I’ll update tomorrow when I do the other plant to see what I get off a bit bigger plant, hoping for 60g.

Nice job. If you're sugar leaves are as frosty as mine you can always smoke em or give them away. My wife vapes mine and is happy. She doesn't want to waste it, and it actually tastes good vaped. But of course she likes the nugs better. And I've been using the ABV bud for making butter. It's does have a noticeable weed taste. I don't mind at all, but some people don't like it. Keep it up man.

Congrats on the harvest!

If you guys want to make edibles that don't taste like plant material you should try making a concentrate first. I usually make QWISO, and then disolve that into the butter or oil for the recipe I'm making. This lets you be able to sort of dose the edibles and they don't taste like plant :).

I've actually been planning on making some QWISO following your method for a while now, but still haven't gotten to it yet. That's one of the things on my to do list for sure though. Maybe even tonight if I get motivated, lol.

It doesn't take long to make, but if you want good quality you need to make sure everything has been well frozen before hand(24hrs ish).

@PadawanWarrior I put the ABV into a kilner jar or similar and top it up with water, leave it for a day then put a mesh or something over the top and strain the water out. The water is brown and smells rank. Keep doing that until the water comes out clear and then use the ABV in butter. The butter tastes a lot better and doesn't have that burnt popcorn taste. It also looks less brown.

Wow, that's great info. I will definitely try that next time. I have quite a bit of the ABV bud to play around with and that makes a lot of sense. Thanks man.
