Leaves are starting to brown at tips and become crisp and it cant be the light because the other plant i have is fine :/ Please help its my first grow

There are normally 2 main factors that contribute to this.
NUTES
OVERWATERING
But without any more information the help that can be offered is limited.
any pics of your problem?

Okay heres some pics:
Cfl Lighting not sure what watt right now, until yesterday i hadnt used nutrients and plant feed it was just water i only used plant food yesterday because i thought that may help the plants problem btw its the one on the right. ive taken off the dying leaves so you cant see sorry
