10 week autoflowers not budding well

Hi everyone so my outdoor BCN critical XXL autoflower are currently on day 70 from seed. I live in Cyprus but the last three weeks we have had cold weather between 7c and 15c and not a great amount of sunshine my autos are not budding how they should be they are really leafy and bushy not really any swollen buds and being auto flowers at day 70 they should be almost finished with nice looking buds. I think it may be due to the cold weather and not much sunshine they are not drooping and seem fine apart from the buds not looking like they are fattening. I checked the trichcoms with my microscope and none are amber and most are Clear so am I right in thinking the cold weather has stunted there growth and they just need more time to mature here are some photos. Anyone have any ideas what I should do or if they think the buds will get better in time

That's cold!
Anything below 20c will slow them down a lot. They may need more food in the lower temps due to slower uptake. Auto's can average 12-16 weeks for me at 18-20c in winter.
As long as you keep them healthy, they'll still pack on weight and finish.
