10 weeks into flower

I am patient enough to wait but after researching both my plants should be ready by 9-10 weeks however when I went to look at them today I noticed that some hairs are not fully golden and neither are the trichomes.

what is the max I can let my plants flower witho it compromising quality?

Well can't tell with those lights on if you could post pics with the lights off that would be great.
 
There is no max amount of time really. It takes weeks longer for plants to properly mature then most people realize. It doesn't happen over night, and you will not "over ripen" or degrade your plant without actively trying to leave it beyond being ready. Most plants need 2-3 weeks longer then the guideline breeders give, especially if you counted your weeks from the 12/12 flip.
