My first real LED build, thanx to the decent info embedded on riu.
So I went balls-to-the-wall and hooked up 10 F-series gen 3 (SI-B8T521B20WW), the 4000K ones, to a Mean Well 480HB. Did parallel spidery wiring style over snaky series one, simply because I trust current over voltage. The space is about 1m2, ie 3 x 3.5 ft.
The strips are mounted to T-section alum rails, and there is a alum box conveniently supporting everything and feeding the wires thru to the strips, and also housing mains in + out connections, DC out, and Dimmer. What a bitch it was wiring it up and then riveting the thing together. My camera got bust so I only got 2 pix for now. Just finished drying and will do weighing soon.
