If you want it really smoothly roll about half way down on all sides than til the plant roll that side little further slide you're hands inside the pot and lift and have the 2nd person carefully break free any roots. But this can be done alone easy

Also keep in mind fabric pots will air prune you're roots reducing circling and producing more roots so that being said really how long are you planning to grow those things. I'm a total noob but I go by this chart

0-3 weeks: root cube
2-6 weeks: 10cm pot
6-8 weeks: 10 gal container
2-3 months: 14 gal container
3-8 months: 22 gal container
8-16 months: 45 gal container
