100 watts of LED

Hello,

I just purchased a 100 watt LED light panel and I can't wait till I start using it. I also have a 150 watt HPS that I can use to flower the plants. Do you think the 100 watt LED (full spectrum red/blue led) will be enough for both stages of growth? I know the LED UFO is 90 watt, but the LED UFO has high powered LEDs and it requires a ballast while this panel I purchased does not require a ballast and only has 112 LEDs on it running on 100 watts...I was thinking of doing an ALL led grow as an experiment and see how much I can yield off some Lowryder x Matanuska Thunderfuck hybrids which are Autoflowering from Cannabis Seeds, Lowberry, high THC Cannabis Seeds

I also have another 50 watt LED light panel, but only half of the LEDs turn on, so I'm guessing its 25 watt of full spectrum LEDS that I can use for side lighting. (it came defective)

any ideas?

Supposedly plants use only 10% of the actual light from an HPS or MH. Plants are supposed to use almost 100% of the light emitted from the LED's wavelength. So 100w of LED is supposed to equal a 1000w HPS. I say get your grow on and show us some pics. I would love to see a 2' main cola grown with 100 watts. That would be awesome.

You could do a contest, 150w hps vs 125w LEDs, then you could see just how they measure up.
