1000w air cooled in a room, too much heat?

Hi, I'm currently looking to setup a 1000w in my room but i have been totally advised against it due to the heat, so i have looked into getting an air cooled light, but again i have been advised against it because the heat exiting the room will be high? I have researched on cool tubes etc and i don't quite understand how they work, i looked at the post on here that shows the image detailing the cooling tube setup but I'm confused on how i would get it to work with my room? I don't have a tent I'm using a room and the walls are my ins and outs and my c/f are in the room sucking out. Will the heat be to much? if not how could i make one of these air cooled lights work? thanks

Hey dude I have a 1000w air cooled hood in a 4x4x7 tent in an 8x10 room so it takes up alot of space the room gets toasty but not horrible. My tent stays at about 82 degrees and everyone is going fine growing like weeds lol. I do have to leave the tent cracked but just to have a fan blowing in. I have a thread for my tent set up.
