yes. you're at 14,500 lumens per square foot which is way more than the plants can use - more like 7,000 to 10,000 lumens per square foot. you would get significant light bleaching and would have a hell of a time cooling the light. a 600 watt light would give you 9,500 lumens per square foot, so the light's perfect, but you will still have a challenge cooling the light.

My options are a 400w or a 1000w. Only say the 1000w cause my friend has a set up hes not using and he would probably let me get it for cheap. But if it is too much light and will cause complications I will go with the 400w.

Go with the 400 man you will have no end of complications with a 1000 watter. 600 would be ideal desertrat said but if yu cant swing it just get the 400 it will do you good. Good luck and happy growing!

If you have good ventelation the 1000 is my choice as it penetrates further than the 400. Keep the light about 18 inches away from the plants and you will be fine.

A 1000 will penetrate 4 feet and a 400 2 feet.

Because your room is 2 feet wide your looking at 4 or 5 plants max.

Your will get more product from 1000 than a 400.

Peace
