100w flouro = 1000w mh?

I was shopping for a light fixtures, and came across a "Flourex" fixtures. It is a 100w compact fluorescent, but claims to be equal to 1000w mh. It emits 10,500 lumens.

Anyone have any experience or advice on this?

A 1000 watt MH will emit around 125,000 lumens.The claim is more likely refering to color temp.
