Thank you thats the exact same pump I have but the rings are 1/2" OD. I cant go from small diameter to large like that can I? Also sorry this was the wrong subforum so i posted this question in another subforum and deleted it here as best i could so not to duplicate post.

You would have to adapt the hose sizes which can start to get pricey depending on how you build it. But since it's only 4 rings I'd use these...

Just have a short piece of 1/2" line on the ring, then reduce down to 1/4". (Which is standard drip feed size).
Finding a 1/2" manifold will probably be much harder and more $
