10k lamps for finishing??

What do people reckon about switching out the HPS for these MH finishing lamps in the last 2-3 weeks of flower??

I use a sunmaster with uva/uvb for the last 10 days. The hps would pack more weight on so its a sacrifice for quality over quantity. I think it makes a noticable difference but that could just be the UV making it look better.

Nope. Use them in addition to the HPS and not instead of it. Your plants bulk the most in the last couple of weeks of natural ripening.

I use 10k CMH finish bulbs last 10-14 days when I run CMH.
I find it makes bigger thicker trichs. Good for making hash and concentrates.
Necessary? Nope.
Fun to experiment? Sure.

i've posted a video of a grow in vegas that uses heliospectra leds and they run them on pure blue for the last 10 days i think the dude said. i think there is definitely something to the high blue finish but i've never tried it

I ran the duel bulbs with MH and HPS in the same bulb. I did it because I didn't want to unhook my 8inch ductwork thru my fixtures...
