10x20 Garage with glass walls on south and west sides

No shade on south wall. West wall is all glass but shaded. Want to grow as many plants as possible.
Have 3 x 400 watt MH/HPS, 2 x 600 watt full spectrum generic LED, and a few generic strips and E27 LED bulbs.
Looking for the setup that will get me the most plants for this summer with the plan of buying more lighting next fall.

Well you can probably cover 3x9 - 3x12ft with all the lights depending on the real wattage of those generic LEDs.

You gona black the windows out and run the whole room or go with tents or a separate solid built room within the room?

Growing 'real' tomatoes so no blacked out windows. Want to use the grow lights to supplement the partial sun coming through the windows.

So now I have 25 x 36" 3000k T8 tubes to add and will be ordering 25 more 6500k tubes and fixtures for all. Also considering putting bigger lamps (600 or 1000 watt) in three RAB floodlights.
I want to put all the lights as close as possible to the ceiling for both safety and convenience. Only need to light 7' x 20' of the space as the other 3' is used as a walkway and for some storage shelves. There will be 3 rows of plants each 18" deep with 18" aisles between the rows. Something like:
Row 1: 18" wide x 96" tall (Western facing windows the full length of this side of the room.)
Aisle 1: 18" wide (Southern facing windows.) 1 x RAB flood facing south at the north end of the aisle. Swapping MH for HPS as needed. Wattage TBD.
There is a 24" aisle running east to west in the middle of rows 2 and 3 to provide access to all rows.
Row 2: 18" wide with plants on the floor and 4' shelves at 24" and 48" tall. DIY fixtures for 4 x 36" T8's under each shelf and on the ceiling above the top shelf.
Aisle 2: 18" wide (Southern facing windows.) 1 x RAB flood facing south at the north end of the aisle. Swapping MH for HPS as needed. Wattage TBD.
Row 3: Same as row 2.
Aisle 3: 36" wide (Southern and northern facing plexiglass doors.) 1 x RAB 1000W flood facing west. Swapping MH for HPS as needed. There will be 3 dwarf fruit trees in this aisle. Plan to use the odds and ends LED lights for the trees.

Drawing coming soon.
