12/12 after germ???

So i have 20 or so germ maybe 19 if this one doesn't make it... I'm doing half of them 18/6 but the other half i would like to change to 12/12 and do that the whole way through... the question is will the still grow well even though i have had there lighting on 18/6 for the last 10 days?

The other thing is right now everything is under 6500k daylight bulbs if i run 12/12 do i need to change to 2500k bulbs????

No you need 6000kish spectrum for good photosynthesis and vegetative growth. The 2700K is used in flower or some use one 2700k and 6500k mix in veg with good results.
