I've loked around the site and on youtube but havent found a good answer yet. When flowering you have the lights at 12/12 now my question is does that stay that way or do we decrease the amount of time thier on thoughout the flowering cycle?

Just keep it at 12/12. No reason to go more than 12 hours darkness. You still want as much light as possible.
