12/12 from seed (dutch method journal)

i had 2 plants 4 ft tall and had to cut them down it wasn't all to close to harvesting though but here is my new babies (1 week old) from sprout)2weeks from seed) and a clone from my best plant that i had to cut down but i need to know what cfl's to use when? i have 2 42w and 4 23w and i also have 2 daylight flouro's 20w i don't need those there just there for more light but i don't know how to situate the CFL's (ex. how much more wattage is needed? how many more i should get? and what CFL's are for veg and what for flowering?)

thats enough for now for a seedlin,add more when u can,veg them for a week or so then switch to 12-12,it will work out better and u will get more bud in the end

well they've been 12/12 from seed is it ok to change the light? and i change it to 18/6 again right or 24/0? and thanks wacky
