So I started growing some seeds at 12/12. It's been 3-4 days and they all range from 1/2" to 2". Can I switch to 18/6 or is it too late?
LOL? this is the dumbest thing ive read today, sorry.go 23/1 if you want the biggest plants possible. youre plants will be at least 30-40% smaller using 18/6 vs 23/1. <-- that is a fact!
it is proven that for every hour of light you take off, it will change how much it will grow. 24/7 light will make the plant grow the biggest it will possibly grow. i recommend 23/1 bc it gives your equipment rest and will prolong its life... if that was the dumbest thing youve read today, then you havent read too many other posts today.. ive seen far "dumber" stuff out there..LOL? this is the dumbest thing ive read today, sorry.
their has to be some time for the plant to recover.
During the day the leaves and branches extend and photosynthesis occurs.
At night is when the root work begins to evolve, and obviously the bigger the roots the bigger the plant.
20/4 is good but its still a little to much. 18/6 is perfect.
try to sleep 1 hour a day and tell me how stress u get =D (yes i know they proven 24 hours of light can be used but still feel sympothy for plants they need a good amount of time to cool off.)it is proven that for every hour of light you take off, it will change how much it will grow. 24/7 light will make the plant grow the biggest it will possibly grow. i recommend 23/1 bc it gives your equipment rest and will prolong its life... if that was the dumbest thing youve read today, then you havent read too many other posts today.. ive seen far "dumber" stuff out there..
