12 OG Kush clones in Aero

12 OG kush clones that are two weeks old. I am a michigan ,edical marijuana patient and 12 are in the law as the amount I am able to grow.

I bought this system which conssists of 3-5 gallon buckets as you can see and the inner piping and sprayers. THere is a large pump in the center that circulates the water and nutes thru 3/4 piping in hte top and bottom of the bucket and they are all hooked together.


The guy that maked this is a tinkerer, always messing with new ideas and drawing. THis drawing was on a back of a receipt from the drug store.

this is the inner system and those roots are 2 weeks old and I picked them up today.

I am using general hydroponics for the next 3 weeks until flowering begins and then changing over to Advanced Nutriets out of canada the only company that makes cannabis specific nutrients.

I am veggin under a HTG SUpply 8 bulb, 4 foot T5 bulbs.

I will flower for 10 weeks under 2-400watt HPS.

ya that one root scares me. I rewatered them for the first time today and put some hydrogen peroxide in their to help with air O2 and stuff.

and after a trip to the hardware store, this is the final setup.

i had to take pictures to see if there is a differnce in 2 days.

Rolled a nice wake me up J out of Hawaiian something and skkunk #2, and it got me in the mood to do a cleaning on my aero setup and show the guts and the amount o fgrowth in 2 weeks.

[I put my ladies in a 27 gallon tub with a little grow big and H2O2 to give it a little jump into this week.

this is one of the outside ones with 3 sprayers.


and this is the whole insides, and what you cant see is a water pump with a PVC tube making a "T" and splitting in the pother buckets and PVC opn the bottom to keep the water level thru the system.

you know when things just dont sound right, things you have heard enough to know if they are working right. I know my Jeep is working right cause all the sounds are the way they should be, since I built it from the frame up I know what it should sound like.

WELL, walked into the room this morning and expecting to see some nice large plants looking at me, I came into a sad bunch of looking plants. I sat and listened for the pump and I was hearing water running like someone left a faucet on.
One of the branches in the other bucket had worked itself loose and wasnt spraying my roots.
Quick Fix and I looked at the sprayers and saw 3 were not working so I bought more at Lowes and they are called:

360degree X 14 Stream Jet
model # MLM-14F

3.28 at Lowes.

more O2 is never a bad thing

I have hit 14" on the smallest one the TOP dog is 22". Thursday night at 7 pm they go into 24 hour of darkness.
They come out Friday at 7pm and then they start their 12/12 cycle all the way until September 10, 2010

lesss than 2 weeks ago these are how my clones looked.

this is all today after finishing a 24 hour cycle of darkness and now the 12/12 runs from 7pm-7am. The girls are still drinking up to 1 gallon every 2 days, thirsty little girls.

just an update, I am surprised noone has visited my journal, kinda sad not really I am looking at it almost everyday and still amazed at the progress

I am not expecting much growth just a slow steady climb to the top. I cant wait till the pistils start showing up.

Interesting way to grow I will follow your journal.. Hey what kind of lighting you using for flowering there? Is it just cool where you are doesn't look like you are using any cooling, is it cool the other 6 months and freezing the 6 you speak of being cold? I seen the youtube video too so i have a good idea of you setup.

its a T5 system, 8 bulbs and they are 4ft. long and it is right next to my window so heat isnt much of a problem in the summer but the winter I will run my 400 HPS for the heat to keep the house warm. The T5 isnt much warmer than mashed potatos (ia m really baked) and dosent generate as much heat os the HPS.

and all this is 19 days since I have had them and 32 days total old(2 week old clones to what the pictures are.

Yeah that is a healthy growing strain and a happy plant..

12 happy plants

this is the one month entire cleaning and disinfectant. took almost 2 hours but no problems. I stretched out the buckets another inch apart to make up for the extra top growth. Sprayers work great and pump is now zip-tied to the base so it wont come loose again.
28"'s for the tallest and 19" for the shorty.
20 days I have had them and I am still amazed everyday.
