Are there any benefits from doing 12hours on and 12 hours off lighting from seed???
You will save power overall, vegging is costly and the plants (some strain betterr than other) will veg with 12hrs until they are ready to flower. It allows you to grow perpetual with only one room, you can always introduce plants to the room. Look at my journal in my signature, they can get fairly big!!!
