12 Weeks of Flowering and She is Still Growing! Why Me?

Im growing a kandy kush Plant and it does not seem to stop growing! Like half the hairs are at a nice amber color and the rest are clear. Don't get me wrong it's nice but I expected a harvest last month. She is under ~200 watts of cfl bulbs and she is turning purple for some reason idk why. Is there Any way to encourage new flowers to stop forming and to get the rest to turn amber?
