120 plants in 8x8

Main question. If I have 120 plants in a hydro setup under 2k watts with proper nutrients what yeild should I get per plant in SoG? Is light the biggest factor for yield or am out of plants help? Thanks

i heard someone someone saying they get ¼ per cola/plant .

times that 120 and its a. Good day :)

7 g x 120 plants = 840g

even if you get 2 g per plant that's 240 g ...... 15 oz ( ish)

iv got a topped sog thread ( just a technique) which has just come out of ph lockout recovery and its just started to flower .

i'll have to compare yeild with someone who does it with just one cola when its done :)

I was expecting much more. 14g per plant. I assume would need another 2k light or two. I've herd mixed things on how much light or more plants.

you need to be pretty experienced to get ½oz from one cola ......... One step at a time trippy :)

but your right in saying more light bigger buds ....... But this still depends on your experience level.

I'm well aware I dont expect this Now but when I upgrade and get more experienced. Would you say SoG or scrog yields more per space?

sog or scrog yeilds still depends on the growers experience......this is impossable to answer.

a one plant scrog can have upto 30 colas ( ish)

so to get the same amount of colas you need 30 single plants ........ Depending on the experience of the grower its impossable to answer which yeilds most

My yield in the end is once I get more experience is 10lbs per grow which I'm aware is a lot but I have friends pulling this off.

120 plants in an 8x8. Thats two plants per square foot almost if Im correct. Why dont you try 20 and go from there. Your yield wont be much greater if you put 120 than if you put 20.

Oh I didnt see that. Either way thats still too many plants in that space. 50 in an 8x8 is probably max I would do for a sog. I wouldnt do a sog cause the yields are practically the same whether you have 10 plants under 2000 watts vs 100 plants under 2000 watts. Id rather have a few big girls rather than a bunch of small ones.
