1400 watt 4x4 tray . 1000 watt hps + 400 watt led

I have 9 plants currently under a 1000 watt MH. I'm about to add the solar storm led 400 watt to it . My question is this too much lighting for this amount a space, is it waist of light bill if I add it ? Will it increase mmy yield . I have an ac so cooling the room isn't a problem I just want to mix the led with HiD lighting to see what happens ? Opinions ?????

Id say it sounds overkill, its bound to increase the yield. Who knows how much. 1k over a 4x4 tray is solid coverage though.

ok cool so your saying I'm better off just setting up over some other plants ?
