1400 watt flowering

me and my buddy are switching to flowering, so we already have our 1000 watt light and reflector hung but were thinking about putting a 400 watt light on the floor that is set up on a movable platform. let me know what you think to get more light to the lower bud placements

and let me know how they look this is our first grow so we are worried about every little thing. most likely just over worrying, we have been using fox farm nutrients all the plants are about 20 inches except for our big momma utopia haze shes over 2 feet
