I started to grow after a 10 year leave from growing. I decided on a perpetual grow in soil using clones.
I started w/ bagseed that ive been saving. Chose 3 of the heartiest plants to use as moms, took cuttings and put mom's into flowering.
I'm using Miraclegrow soil, vermiculite, perlite and blodmeal as my soil mix.
Using molasses every other watering and a 20-20-20 fertilizer.
Flowering w/ a 150 watt HPS and a couple 42 watt CFL's. Veg. chamber has two 42 watt CFL's and tow 26 watt CFl's
Got 2 females out of the mom's Killed the male and his clones and rooted the females.
Pic. 1
My closet space is divided top/bottom. The bottom has more height and is the flowering area.
Pic2 and 3
The top is my vegetative chamber for rooting clones and keeping the Moms.
I used black poly to lightproof the 2 spaces from each other...using a "periscope" kind of feel by layering the poly on the inside lip, outside lip and a final cover for the entire top chamber.....works great and still allows for air flow.
I use a fan at the bottom corner as an intake blowing up at an angle, blowing hot air into the cloning chamber...exhaust out through the clone chamber....works great by taking advantage of the heat from flowering cab and moving it where I want it to help root clones.
Pic. 4 + 5 are the original mom's that are now flowering.
Pic 5 + 6 are the moms now 2 weeks into flowering
