150w hps or 294w cfl

Yo I'm about to be done my first grow, so I now want to change my setup. The grow space I would be growing in would be 40"x22"x42". I have a carbon filter with a 190cfm inline for exhaust and just a regular 6in fan for intake. I would do 2 plants that would probably take about a 30"x22". I would keep the plants at about 12-18 inches in 2 gal pots and would try to pull 3oz total. I was wondering which light would be better. The 150w hps which let's off 16,000 lumens or the 294w of CFLs which let of 20,000 lumens

I've never dealt with such small wattage of hps but if you can deal with any heat issues that arise from it I would go with hps. I've grown with cfls up to 230-250w and just wasnt happy with it so along came hps .GL
