150watt HPS on Ebay??

So i was looking around ebay for a light and came across this light that i have seen many times on here but it needed some wiring done before use....This looks like the same light that everyone has been buying for like 20 bucks...This one says no wiring needed...Any thoughts on this light??? Also what is the best way to hang a HPS light that is a lower wattage light with 5 plants growing in a small space vertical or horizontal??

Also i am kinda weired out about buying a grow light on Ebay!! Anyone have or have heard of any horror stories about buying lights on here....This setup seems kinda cheap for what ya get cause i am looking at a 150watt HPS at my local hydro store and it's 139.99...

I bet that guys a pothead and found those for 20 bucks and selling them on ebay, very entrepenureal. I'm sure that would be fine if you built your own reflector, especially for the price. I bought my first 250w off ebay a few years ago and bought another one like a year ago.. don't really have anything to worry about imo.

Yeah that's the site i've been to hundreds of times...My grow area is about 2feet x 2feet and about 4feet tall....I have 5 plants growing under 157watts of CFL's right now but i am upgrading my lighting in a week...What watt HPS should i get?? Like i said i have been eyeing this 150watt HPS at my local hydro store and have read that it should be perfect but not sure how many plants that chart is talking about this is the chart...http://www.plantlighting.com/growing_area_table.htm...I was thinking about a 400watt but i'm worried about heat....The closet i grow in i have a hard time keeping the temps above 80-85 with the CFL's any thought on that....Oh yeah i have 2 fans in there...None are in and out...

Oh yeah i plan on vegging for about 2-3 weeks with the CFL's i have and then going to the HPS...The strains are 3 PPP's and 2 4 way....Sorry i'm all over the place...
