Hi, ive a few clones in veg and they are in 15 lt pots, i potted them up from smaller pots about 2 weeks ago, and they had average root mass, i have had a ph issue, (well using filtered water that was ph 6.5, forgot id changed filter, new one ph 8!!! about 5 feeds later ive corrected this) now within days they are flying, and are green again,
well spent today making a 6ftx4ft net redy for a 1st time scrog, went to measure pots and noticed roots comming from the bottom holes!!! the plants are around 15 inch high so really need to screen up now but as i expect to veg for a while yet im concerned as ive never scrogged in fact ive only a couple of grows experience, ive also had a couple of false starts due to spider mites but thanks to plant vitality plus im now clear!!!!! im in bio bizz all mix with full range of biz nutes, and clones are ppp and blue cheese! aparently! the pots are 10-11 inches high, ive read a bit about the way roots go down first which i understand but id hate to get stunted as i go in to flower or something,
has anyone else had this before??

You might have transplanted them too soon, since a lot of the stretch and growing occurs in the first few weeks of 12/12.

15 liters should be plenty for a full grown plant anyway, I wouldnt worry too much.

hi, cheers for info, thats whats worrying me as i think ill be vegging for another few weeks yet!! so when i switch them ill be expecting a surge, yet as you say 15 lts should be enough, ive got some 25 lt square pots that are the same depth but wider, decisions eh??
