17 days into flower , when should i start giving flower nutes ?

You could start now ... and they look exactly like bud that's just over 2 weeks into flower.

I always start flower nutes as soon as the first clusters of hairs appear

Really all depends you really didn't give enough information. I'm always giving nutes and I'm in a happy frog/ bush doctor mix.

Looks good!! Depends on if your medium of choice has enough nutes to provide... I use subs super soil.. I may give a flowering tea around week 5 to hold me over!! Jm2c
